Aston Martin DBS
Prix Est: 370k – 740k, depending on model and features
The Aston Martin DBS is a flagship grand tourer that sits at the pinnacle of the brand’s lineup, representing a blend of raw power, exquisite design, and luxurious comfort. The name has been used for several different models throughout Aston Martin’s history.
The original DBS was designed as a successor to the DB6. It featured a more modern, angular design by William Towns and was intended to house a new V12 engine. However, the V12 was not ready in time, and the car was initially launched with the same inline-six engine as the DB6. The V12 was eventually offered, creating the DBS V8, which was one of the fastest four-seater production cars in the world at the time. This car also achieved fame as the vehicle of choice for James Bond in the 1969 film On Her Majesty’s Secret Service.
